Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
R the:
- Supervise the smooth running of the service on a daily basis.
- Ensure an active presence in the dining room and monitor the quality of service.
- Managing unforeseen events and guaranteeing customer satisfaction in all circumstances.
- To supervise, motivate and support the dining room teams.
- Participate in the training and integration of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
- Organize the schedules in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
- Manage complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Implement actions to optimize sales
Desired Candidate Profile
Hotel and restaurant training (BTS, Licence or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, including experience in supervision or management.
- Experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant required.
