Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

R the:

  • Supervise the smooth running of the service on a daily basis.
  • Ensure an active presence in the dining room and monitor the quality of service.
  • Managing unforeseen events and guaranteeing customer satisfaction in all circumstances.
  • To supervise, motivate and support the dining room teams.
  • Participate in the training and integration of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
  • Organize the schedules in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
  • Manage complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Implement actions to optimize sales

Desired Candidate Profile

Hotel and restaurant training (BTS, Licence or equivalent).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, including experience in supervision or management.
  • Experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant required.
