Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
* Supervise and support front-of-house staff
* Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
* Monitor staff performance and provide training/coaching as needed
* Help manage schedules, inventory, and ordering
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
