Roles & Responsibilities
You will ensure the proper implementation of operational manuals, policies, and work procedures.
You will ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards within the restaurant.
You will monitor stock levels and ensure ordering is done according to par levels to control costs and minimize waste.
You will control operational costs by monitoring portion control, preparation quantities, and waste reduction.
You will perform opening, closing, and handover checklists to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
You will ensure proper security procedures are implemented to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
You will contribute to creating a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
You will support team development by providing ongoing feedback and communicating performance expectations.
You will ensure that HR policies and company regulations are properly applied within the outlet.
You will coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
