Roles & Responsibilities

Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow

  • Supervising and supporting a team of 6 12 employees
  • Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service quality
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the inventory team
  • Ensuring store compliance with company policies and standards
  • Assisting in achieving monthly sales targets
  • Reporting daily performance updates to the Store Manager
