Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Write and publish job offers
- Sort through CVs and pre-select candidates
- Organize the interviews
- Follow up on applications
Personnel administration
- Prepare employment contracts and amendments
- Manage employee files
- Track absences, leave and sick leave
- Update the HR databases

- Welcoming new employees
- Prepare the integration documents
- Explain the internal rules and procedures
Payroll management (in support)
- Collect the necessary information (hours, absences, bonuses)
- Assisting with the preparation of payslips
Formation
- Organize training sessions
- Follow employee training plans

- Answering employee questions
- Disseminate HR information (memos, regulations, events)
Desired Candidate Profile
- An organized, discreet person with good interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing administrative tasks related to personnel
- He generally has a background in human resources and is proficient in office software as well as the basics of labor law.
