Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Write and publish job offers
  • Sort through CVs and pre-select candidates
  • Organize the interviews
  • Follow up on applications

Personnel administration

  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments
  • Manage employee files
  • Track absences, leave and sick leave
  • Update the HR databases
