Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and rent heavy equipment's such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and forklifts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability margins.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close rental agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth equipment delivery and service support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to enhance service offerings.
Ensure proper positioning and utilization of rental fleet.
Main responsibility in heavy equipment rental sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
4–7 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales (mandatory)
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good technical understanding of construction equipment
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
