Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and rent heavy equipment's such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and forklifts.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability margins.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close rental agreements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth equipment delivery and service support.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to enhance service offerings.

  • Ensure proper positioning and utilization of rental fleet.

  • Main responsibility in heavy equipment rental sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales (mandatory)

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Good technical understanding of construction equipment

  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
