Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and distributors
- Supervise, motivate and guide sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Build and lead a team of sales people, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets for the cosmetics department.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have bachelor's degree in related field.
- Must be available in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role, preferably in cosmetics/FMCG industry.
