Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and operations for timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning stock requirements.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with trading policies, contracts, and agreements.
Team Support & Reporting
Supervise and support junior sales/trading staff when required.
Prepare sales performance reports, variance analysis, and forecasts.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and operational issues.
Work closely with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Strong knowledge of trading and sales operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP/CRM systems.
Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales/trading (preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution).
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of local and international trading regulations is an advantage.
