Roles & Responsibilities
Assistant Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager – EOT Crane Manufacturing (Male Candidate) – Saudi Arabia
Position: Assistant Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager
Gender Requirement: Male Candidate (as per job nature & field visit requirements)
Industry: EOT Cranes / Material Handling Equipment/ Heavy Fabrication
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose
To support the Sales in generating sales lead for EOT cranes and material handling equipment, manage industrial clients, and ensure smooth coordination of technical and commercial activities across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales
Responsible from lead generation to sales to preparing techno commercial offers independently to payment follow up.
Identify and develop new clients in sectors such as fabrication, steel plants, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and logistics.
Handle inquiries, RFQs and participate in pricing and proposal preparation.
2. Technical & Commercial Coordination
Coordinate with engineering/design teams to prepare technical proposals, GA drawings, BOQs, and compliance documents.
Understand client applications, load requirements, duty cycles, and safety standards (FEM/ISO).
Prepare commercial offers and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, consultants, and procurement teams.
Conduct site visits across KSA to assess installation needs and provide technical input.
Follow up on proposals, negotiations, purchase orders, approvals, and project progress.
4. Sales Operations
Track project delivery schedules, installation activities, and commissioning timelines.
Follow up with clients for payments and ensure smooth coordination with logistics and project teams.
Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and monthly reports.
5. Market Insights
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments in the crane industry.
Identify opportunities for crane upgrades, modernizations, AMC contracts, and spare parts sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or Business with strong technical aptitude.
Experience
5–20 years of experience in EOT cranes or material handling equipment sales in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
Experience in technical or industrial sales.
Salary: Depending upon the experience of the candidate.
