Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Reports To: Assistant General Manager
Employment Type: Full-time


To drive strategic sales initiatives at PSG Logistics Asia Private Limited by managing high-value client accounts, developing new markets, and ensuring sustained revenue growth. This role requires leadership in sales execution and market expansion.


  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance sales initiatives and market reach.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and work collaboratively across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in logistics sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and logistics documentation.
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • A valid Indian driving license is mandatory for this role.
