Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily security operations, ensuring all personnel adhere to established standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement as needed to address incidents and maintain compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents, providing leadership and clear communication.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and routine activities.
- Support the Security Manager in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of security equipment.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among employees and visitors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Former Police or Military officer is a must.
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in security management in touristic villages / compounds / hotels / resorts.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate security personnel.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Familiarity with security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
