Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the EGM department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulations
  • Monitor electronic gaming machine performance and escalate repair or maintenance needs to technicians
  • Support proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in scheduling and managing EGM supervisors and floor attendants
  • Provide on the job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Support the resolution of guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally
  • Promote a positive gaming experience and uphold high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of EGM assets, gaming machine equipment, and operational information
  • Monitor for suspicious activity and support enforcement of security protocols
  • Assist in preparing shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenue

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

  • Strong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
