Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a serene, luxurious environment. You will help lead the spa team, manage daily functions, and promote wellness experiences.
What You Will Do
- Assist in supervising spa operations, including treatments, reservations, and retail.
- Support spa staff with training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
- Monitor spa facilities, cleanliness, and ambiance in line with luxury standards.
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
