Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as needed Deliver documents or packages within the office or to nearby locations Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas (pantry, meeting rooms, etc.) Replenish office supplies and notify management of low stock Assist in preparing meeting rooms (e.g., arranging chairs, setting up equipment) Perform simple data entry tasks under supervision Support staff with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed Run errands as requested by the office manager or supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but not required Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Polite, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude
Driving License will be an advantage
