Assistant Store Manager Danube Building Materials FZE

§  Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of all construction materials and equipment.

§  Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels for all materials.

§  Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.

§  Monitor stock levels and initiate material requisitions to avoid shortages.

§  Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation, and audits.

§  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.

§  Coordinate with project engineers, procurement team, and site staff for material requirements.

§  Ensure timely availability of materials in line with project schedules and priorities.

§  Track material movement between store and site locations.

§  Maintain proper documentation of:

• Material Receipt Notes (MRN)

• Delivery Notes (DN)

• Issue Vouchers / Material Requisitions

§  Ensure compliance with company procedures, audit requirements, and ERP systems.

§  Monitor and control material wastage, pilferage, and losses.

§  Implement best practices for efficient inventory management.

§  Supervise and manage storekeepers and store assistants.

§  Ensure proper allocation of duties and adherence to company policies.

§  Ensure compliance with HSE standards within store and storage areas.

§  Maintain proper housekeeping and safety measures in storage locations.
