Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Dubai. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, organizing promotions, and handling store-related administrative tasks. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a significant role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.QualificationsStrong managerial and leadership skillsExperience in inventory management and retail operationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to develop and implement sales strategiesProficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and store management softwareFlexibility to work in shifts and manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in retail or store management is a plusBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
