Store Operations

• Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention.

• Liaise with brand team to ensure the correct products are available in your store.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and retail procedures

Team Leadership

• Train, and develop store team.

• Lead by example, creating a collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.

• Set clear sales expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.

• Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and service targets.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience.

• Act as a product expert on baby apparel, strollers, car seats and related accessories.

• Handle customer concerns or escalations with empathy and professionalism.

• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Performance

• Drive sales through effective goal setting, team motivation, and upselling strategies.

• Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to optimize store performance.

• Execute in-store promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
