Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations, sales performance, and team management of its retail stores. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence in line with the company s brand and business objectives. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the deputy in the Store Manager s absence, ensuring smooth operations and consistent execution of retail standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, profitability, and customer service excellence.
* Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver premium shopping experiences.
* Maintain store operational standards, including stock management, merchandising, and visual display compliance.
* Implement in-store promotions, events, and brand campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and identify areas for performance improvement.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and minimize stock loss or damage.
* Act as the primary point of contact for store operations in the Store Manager s absence.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Buying, and Planning) to enhance store performance.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or High School Certificate required; retail-related qualification preferred.
* 4 5 years of retail industry experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs in a competitive retail environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in store management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
