Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role ensures operational compliance, brand alignment, and effective team management while acting as deputy in the Store Manager s absence.

What You ll Do


* Lead and inspire the team to maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure customer experiences align with brand expectations.
* Drive store sales, monitor KPIs, and take proactive steps to increase revenue and profitability.
* Manage and implement sales promotions, brand activities, and campaigns, coordinating with support teams for maximum impact.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams, providing feedback to optimize product offerings and store performance.
* Oversee smooth operations in the Store Manager s absence, addressing challenges and ensuring continuity.
* Enforce company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards to reduce stock loss and maintain operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain positive professional relationships with cross-functional teams to support store success.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Ideal Profile

* Diploma or High School certificate required; qualifications in Retail Management or related fields are an advantage.
* 4 5 years of retail industry experience with proven management skills.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage store teams.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver superior service standards.
* Solid understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and retail KPIs.
