Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant to the General Manager


Steering assistance:

  • Organize and schedule the meetings, appointments and travel of the General Manager
  • To handle day-to-day administrative tasks (correspondence, emails, filing)
  • Prepare the necessary files and materials for the meetings
  • Ensure follow-up on decisions and actions

Administrative and accounting activities:

  • To ensure archiving, classification and document management (physical and digital)
  • Send tax returns to clients by email
  • Prepare work certificates and payslips
  • Attend accounting training sessions organized by the company to strengthen your skills
  • Participate in the administrative follow-up of client files

Training management

  • Prepare all pre-training documentation:
    • attendance lists
    • lists of participants
    • evaluation sheets
    • administrative support
  • Prepare training reports and certificates of participation
  • Organizing the logistics of the training sessions:
    • room preparation
    • equipment management
    • organization of coffee breaks and lunch
  • Provide administrative support during the training sessions.

Relation client et communication

  • Welcoming, guiding and responding to customer requests (in person, by phone or email)
  • Identify customer needs and provide an initial level of response
  • Ensuring the quality of communication between the company and its clients

Business support and development

  • Search for potential customers via the internet and other channels
  • Participate in sales prospecting
  • Organize working meetings for the General Manager
  • Contribute to the monitoring of business opportunities
