Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assist the General Manager in day-to-day management
  • Managing the schedule, appointments, and organization of meetings
  • Prepare, track and classify confidential files and documents
  • Drafting letters, minutes and reports
  • To act as the interface between the General Management and internal/external services
  • Organizing business trips
  • Follow up on certain administrative tasks and cross-functional projects

  • Type B driving licence
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational and writing skills
  • Sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and neat presentation
  • Desired Candidate Profile
