Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Missions:
- To develop and propose to the CEO the company's strategy regarding the management of the company's groups.
- To gather all information relating to the Group and the conduct of operating procedures requested by the members
Responsibilities and tasks:
- To ensure and oversee the analysis of internal and external issues within the company
- To participate in the preparation and submission to the Board of Directors, for review and approval, of work programs and budgets for common expenses, draft annual production programs, and any revision of all or part of these programs and projects
- Participate in the drafting of the quarterly report on work operations to be submitted to the board of directors and the general assembly, showing the joint activities and expenses incurred during the period under consideration.
- Conduct any financial study at the request of the CEO, a central structure, or on one's own initiative.
- to develop financial diagnoses and highlight strengths, weaknesses, and appropriate recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
General education: Master / license in financial sciences or equivalent
Professional training: Training in management, management control, auditing, project management, accounting, finance.
Professional experience: 15 years
