Roles & Responsibilities

You will lead the marketing strategy across a portfolio of large-scale B2B exhibitions and conferences, driving audience growth, brand positioning, and commercial performance. Working closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and key stakeholders, you ll play a critical role in shaping the success of major industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive visitor acquisition and exhibitor demand
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
  • Own campaign planning across digital, content, PR, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and pipeline growth
  • Leverage data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI tools) to optimise performance
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI across all campaigns
  • Build strategic partnerships with media, industry bodies, and key stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For:

  • 10-15+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B events, exhibitions, or conferences
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth through marketing
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Expertise across digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in international markets is a plus
