Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks (mail, filing, archiving)
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Prepare and follow up on administrative and commercial documents
  • Ensure the link between the different internal departments (commercial, technical, management)
  • Update databases and organize schedules

Skills:

  • Perfect command of the French language (written and spoken)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Mastery of the Intellix stock management software
  • Good knowledge of computer tools.
  • 3 years of experience
