Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compelling communication of key information.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
