Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products within the spa and clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, and operations to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
  • Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns, events, and educational workshops targeting clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform brand positioning.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of branded materials and product samples.
  • Ensure all branding and marketing activities adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses related to brand initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new product launches and brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical, or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, cosmetic treatments, and wellness trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and innovation.
  • Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with clients and staff.
