Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to create insightful reports.
- Develop regular and ad hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, marketing, content, and commercial teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to managers and VPs.
- Liaise with operations, marketing communications, and commercial teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes and performance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategies.
- Assist in developing and updating dashboards to track market performance and consumer insights.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract and present relevant data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s Degree in related field is preferable.
- 0-2 years in related function.
- Data driven and analytical.
- Attentive to details.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Innovative and creative.
