Roles & Responsibilities

Associate Business Manager – Channel Sales (IT Distribution) We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Manager with strong channel sales and partner management experience within the IT distribution ecosystem. � Location: Abha / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia � Languages: Arabic & English (Mandatory) � Experience: 2 – 7 Years


Manage and develop channel partners and reseller networks

  • Drive B2B sales growth through SME partner accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators

  • Identify new partner opportunities and expand the regional partner ecosystem

  • Support partners in sales enablement, product positioning, and customer engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve regional sales targets

Key Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in IT hardware distribution or partner/channel management

  • Strong channel sales experience in the IT ecosystem

  • Proven experience managing SME partner accounts (candidates managing only large enterprise accounts may not be suitable)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia

  • Experience in ERP / accounting software / SAP product sales preferred

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
