Job Description
Associate Civil Engineer Structures Parsons Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior structural engineers in the analysis and design of bridges, buildings, and civil structures.
- Perform basic design calculations and prepare technical documents in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with CAD teams for the development of detailed structural drawings.
- Review and verify drawings prepared by draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Support the preparation of reports, quantity estimates, and design documentation.
- Apply international design codes and standards such as AASHTO, BS, and Eurocodes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and design efficiency.
- Participate in technical meetings and assist in design reviews and site coordination activities.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience in structural design.
- Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
- Strong academic background in structural mechanics, reinforced concrete, and steel design.
- Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
- Must be a UAE National with a valid family book.
