Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the execution of impact assessments for prospective and existing investments, applying best in class impact and climate finance methodologies

Synthesize impact, commercial, and contextual insights into clear recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership discussions

Contribute to impact reporting and related internal and external reporting workstreams

Monitor global developments in climate, energy transition, and climate finance, particularly in emerging markets

Support the development of research, knowledge products, and thought leadership aligned with strategic priorities

Prepare high quality presentations and briefing materials to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders

Provide ad hoc analytical and research support to senior team members in a fast paced, evolving environment

Must be willing and able to relocate to Abu Dhabi full-time

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is advantageous

2-6 years of experience in impact assessment, climate or sustainability advisory, investment analytics, development finance, or related fields

Hands on experience with impact measurement, ESG or climate due diligence, or climate / energy analytics

Strong understanding of climate, energy transition, infrastructure, or climate finance topics; emerging markets experience preferred

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, decision ready insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
