Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

The Associate Clinical Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of medical equipment.

Receive work direction through the Team leaders and/or Managers.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performs preventive maintenance repairs calibrate tests and records results and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation being used at JHAH
  • Perform prepurchase technical evaluation and product comparisons review analyze and provide recommendation for equipment packages received from vendor based on their requirements and provide draft technical packages with recommendations to Supply Chain Management

Minimum Education Required

B.S. degree in Bio Medical or Clinical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology is required

Professional Certifications Required

Saudi Council of Engineers certificate or Saudi of Health Specialty

Years of Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare system.
