We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Cloud Engineer to support our growing cloud infrastructure and operations. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone with basic cloud knowledge and a desire to grow their skills in deploying, managing, and securing cloud environments in platforms like Microsoft Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Support day-to-day cloud operations such as resource provisioning, scaling, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to support automation, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and compliance efforts.
• Perform regular updates, patch management, and backup to maintain system reliability.
• Participate in cloud monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and application issues.
• Assist with automation of routine tasks using shell scripts or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and integration with cloud platforms.
• Document cloud configurations, procedures, and system updates to maintain operational readiness.
• Stay up to date with cloud platform changes, best practices, and new technologies to help improve existing systems.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0 3 years of experience in IT, cloud, or infrastructure roles.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Interest in learning automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Entry-level cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or Google Associate Cloud Engineer are considered a plus.
• Exposure to scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) is a bonus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
