Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide support in corporate legal advisory and regulatory compliance matters in the UAE

  2. Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, legal notices, and corporate documents

  3. Conduct legal research and due diligence on corporate and commercial matters

  4. Assist in handling company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings with DED, MOHRE, and Free Zones

  5. Support senior consultants and partners in client advisory meetings and legal strategy discussions

  6. Prepare and maintain legal documentation, compliance records, and corporate files

  7. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required

  8. Review client documentation to ensure UAE corporate law compliance

  9. Assist in dispute support, pre-litigation documentation, and case preparation

  10. Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of legal services to clients

  11. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – mandatory

  2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal consultancy in the UAE

  3. Strong understanding of UAE corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance frameworks

  4. Proven experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and advisory support

  5. Ability to conduct thorough legal research and due diligence

  6. Familiarity with UAE authorities such as DED, MOHRE, and Free Zones

  7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  10. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently

  11. Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills

  12. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory
