Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide initial support for customer queries via established channels of support (e.g. phone email or chat).
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and self-service options.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Log all interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to a higher competence of support (e.g. PSOs third parties etc.).
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product and service changes.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant IT disciplines.
0-1 years of experience in technical support, customer support or any related fields in IT industry.
Preferably in a network service support environment.
Excellent customer communication skills both verbal and written in English
Ability to work on different shifts 24/7.
Excellent Communication skills.
ITIL Foundation Certificate desirable.
CCNA desired.
Good knowledge in Fortinet FortiGate firewall support.
Good knowledge in SDWAN technology is an advantage.
