Who do we need?
We are seeking an associate who is passionate about all things digital and ready to bring that energy to our high-performing, collaborative team. You will work closely with senior team members to provide support on day-to-day work while helping deliver our clients strategies across their digital footprint. You will demonstrate solid and well-rounded communication skills, and contribute to reporting, community management, and content development. Experience in managing healthcare clients is preferred but not a must.
What will you be doing?
Client Relations
- Build strong relationships with your clients. Demonstrate proactivity by offering new ideas and new ways of generating success, including identifying digital opportunities.
- Writing have the ability to write in a range of styles, including short- and long-form digital content.
- Quality standards produce high standard of work at all times, paying attention to detail.
- Presentation skills have a strong grasp of presentation skills.
- Research & analysis conduct and analyse research (e.g., desktop research, listening exercises, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis) to derive insights on the clients sector.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the clients business priorities. Work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients industries and the markets in which they operate.
- Have knowledge of the role of social media channels in PR and how to best utilise each channel to the clients benefit.
- Demonstrate understanding of the clients digital work and provide counsel to the team on social media content and activations.
- Assist in the development of the clients activity reports.
- 1+ year of social media communications experience
- Fluency in digital/social media platforms, tools, and solutions
- Experience in copywriting and developing a range of social media materials
- Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to set and evaluate campaign metrics
- Well-rounded communication skills and proficiency in client servicing
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) verbal and written
