For our Strategy & Communications practice group in Germany, we are looking for entrepreneurial talents with a passion for communication, strategy, media and business.

In addition to consulting in the area of ​​Strategy & Communications, Teneo's portfolio includes other consulting services such as restructuring, corporate management, cyber, business and geopolitical risks, corporate governance, ESG, diversity & inclusion (DE&I) and regulatory compliance. This allows us to offer clients an integrated approach across these areas.

Your tasks include

• Operational project management in coordination with the senior team in the area of ​​strategic communication (including reputation programs, crises, financial transactions)
• Creation of high-quality documents such as communication strategies, key messages, FAQs or presentations, as well as guidance of teams in these tasks.
• Identifying and leveraging options to market Teneo's integrated consulting approach
• Support in the further development of the business and our company
• Support in the development, inspiration and leadership of motivated and high-performing project teams

What we wish for

• Team player with an excellent feel for language and a passion for business and media
• A completed university degree, with at least 6 years of professional experience in the fields of journalism, corporate communications and/or consulting.
• A professional demeanor, strong communication skills, a high level of personal commitment, reliability, and organizational talent.
• Strong service orientation and the ability to build close relationships with customers
• Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with different topics and industries
• Creative and innovative approaches in consulting
• Advantageous: Experience in the efficient use of artificial intelligence for communication work; strong understanding of media and social media.
• German at native speaker level; fluent English
• Courage to have one's own opinion and a sense of humor
