Lead multiple complex engagements across accounting advisory, financial reporting transformation, and technical accounting.

• Provide expert guidance on IFRS, IPSAS, and transaction accounting including business combinations, consolidations, and other complex accounting matters.

• Drive strategic initiatives related to finance transformation, accounting process optimization, and systems implementation support.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and key stakeholders.

• Manage engagement economics, profitability, and project delivery excellence across multiple teams.

• Play a key role in business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading client discussions.

• Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and technical publications.

• Mentor and coach Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth.

• Collaborate with leadership to grow the ARC practice footprint in Qatar and the wider Middle East.
