Associate Director MEP Engineering

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP, HVAC, and BMS operations across DEC venues
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Ensure compliance with DWTC quality, safety, and sustainability standards
• Supervise system upgrades, fit out works, and smart initiatives
• Oversee preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance strategies
• Ensure service continuity during high-profile events
• Manage in-house engineering team and outsourced AMC vendors
• Conduct training, evaluations, and manpower planning
• Ensure vendor compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs
• Prepare annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets and cost-saving plans
• Optimize utility usage and asset lifecycle value
• Align operations with DEC growth and sustainability goals
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for engineering requirements
• Support business continuity, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of services

Operating Environment

• Site work in the whole premises of DEC including the exhibition halls, concourses, plantrooms, external areas and rooftop
• Required to be on-site during events, weekends, and emergencies as needed
• Occasional site visits for the suppliers, manufacturers
