Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Business development in terms of opening doors with new clients, meeting them and understanding their business needs.
- Receiving and understanding client brief
- Developing research design, proposal and prepare budget/cost
- Contributing to contract negotiation
- Briefing and training the executions team
- Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide
- Analyzing data and information
- Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
- Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
- Analyzing and evaluating results
- Controlling costs/budgeting
- Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
- Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
- Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Custom / adhoc survey based research especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions, customer experience, U&A,..etc, would be preferred. Experience in sectors like Automotive, financial, telecom and government sectors is crucial.
- Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and project, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time.
- Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and enthusiastic

The Associate Director will help with growing our business across core industries (Automotive, Telecom, Finance and government) and clients in the area of consumer insights, innovation and analytics solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.
