Associate Director / Team Leader Jurong International

About the Role:
Robert Bird Group is seeking a senior Urban Civil Infrastructure professional to lead multidisciplinary design delivery across major infrastructure and masterplanning projects in the UAE.

This is a leadership role requiring strong technical depth across roads, grading, stormwater, and wet utilities, combined with team leadership and commercial capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead urban civil infrastructure design from masterplanning through detailed design
• Oversee stormwater drainage strategy and hydraulic modelling
• Integrate roads, grading, and wet utilities design
• Provide technical governance and peer review
• Lead and mentor infrastructure planners and civil engineers
• Support bids, fee proposals, and client engagement

Core Design Competencies:

• A strong mix of the following is required:
• Earthworks and bulk grading
• Site grading and levels design
• Roadworks and pavement design
• Signs and linemarking
• Stormwater drainage and subsurface drainage
• Hydrology and flood risk
• Wastewater, potable water, fire water, and irrigation networks
