Job description

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the overall training strategy to support business growth and performance objectives.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless integration of training into the employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee training performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and operational goals.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large team of Training Managers and a large team of trainers and instructional designers.
  • Foster a culture of performance excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the training organization.
  • Manage workforce planning, capacity, and scheduling for training delivery and production.
• Training Operations & Execution:
  • Oversee new hire and nesting programs to ensure strong agent readiness and smooth transition to production.
  • Drive standardization and best practices across all training sites, programs, and lines of business.
  • Ensure all training materials, curricula, and methodologies meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to evaluate training effectiveness and drive performance improvements.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Leverage digital learning solutions, LMS platforms, and analytics to optimize learning delivery.
  • Introduce innovative learning approaches such as gamification, microlearning, and blended learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the training function evolves with business and technological advancements.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client training discussions, audits, and reviews.
  • Present training results, insights, and action plans to senior management and external clients.
