Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include advising on a broad range of transactional and operational matters, managing external counsel relationships, overseeing dispute resolution efforts, and contributing to the overall legal strategy to safeguard the company s interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate legal advice and support to internal teams and subsidiaries.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal frameworks and processes that protect company assets and ensure compliance.
- Lead negotiation and management of contracts and other legal transactions.
- Oversee claims and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) is required; advanced degree (LL.M or Juris Doctor) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Admission to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred; admission in a common law jurisdiction is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English highly desirable.
