What You ll Do
- Perform entry-level highway engineering tasks, including road design and analysis, under supervision
- Gain exposure to company procedures, standards, and project workflows through structured mentorship
- Rotate across disciplines such as project controls, procurement, and construction management for well-rounded experience
- Contribute to the preparation of design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Support design teams in applying AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads, and related software
- Assist in reviewing project deliverables to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and coordination activities when required

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in highway design/engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
Familiarity with CAD and engineering design software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley platforms
Basic understanding of related engineering fields such as mechanical or electrical engineering
Strong communication and teamwork skills with eagerness to learn and adapt
Willingness to travel or relocate for project, client, or site assignments
Commitment to building a career in sustainable highway and transport engineering
