Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Supports the delivery and implementation of human resources services and functions, as assigned, in alignment with established Agency policies and procedures. - Prepares, reviews, and ensures accuracy and completeness of forms, documents, submissions and correspondences related to the assigned portfolio. - Provides advice and support to staff and management on human resources-related matters, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of the Staff Rules and Regulations and related directives. - Coordinates, processes and monitors transactions and actions in the Human Resources Management system and ensures accurate record-keeping, data entry, and reporting across assigned portfolios. Follows up with relevant staff /departments at HQs and the Fields. - Contributes to the development and implementation of HR procedures, guidelines and workflows; identifies opportunities for process improvement and assists in integrating feedback and lessons learned into service delivery. - Compiles, analyses, and presents HR data and statistics, and provides required information to support evidence-based planning, decision-making, and reporting needs; prepares summaries and documentation as required. - Liaises with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related queries and matters; ensures timely and effective communication and coordination to support service continuity and client satisfaction. - Acts as focal point for issues related to diversity and inclusion. Contributes to initiatives that foster fairness, equity, and respect in the workplace. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. - The incumbent may be required to travel in the Agency s area of operations in the Middle East.

Desired Candidate Profile

A university degree from an accredited educational institution in human resources management, public or business administration, or another related field.

At least three years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or administration, preferably in an international, governmental, or commercial organization is required.

Languages
English and Arabic are required.
