What s On Your Plate?
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation of physical and system stock.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve stock variances and shrinkage trends.
- Lead cycle counts, full stocktakes, and ad hoc physical verifications.
- Monitor stock cover and Days on Hand to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Manage slow movers, discontinued items, and excess inventory.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure proper receiving, QC, picking, and dispatch controls.
- Oversee return processes, transfers, and supplier-related adjustments.
- Conduct SKU-level analysis to highlight risks and improvement areas.
- Prepare clear inventory performance reports for management.
- Support the month-end closing and reconciliation with finance.

The role is accountable forbr> maintaining high inventory accuracy, controlling shrinkage, optimizing stock levels, and standardizingbr> processes across countries.
This position acts as a central control tower, driving alignment between supply chain, warehouse operations,br> finance, commercial, and store teams to protect margin and improve working capital efficiency.Qualifications
