Roles & Responsibilities
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a dynamic practice and work on diverse legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Law degree and admission to the Bar.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in corporate law and/or litigation.
- Strong drafting and contract review skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
