Manage all import documentation and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor import data, costs, and performance metrics to identify savings opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Develop and implement process improvements, SOPs, and compliance controls.

Build, lead, and supervise the import team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.

Proactively manage risks, delays, and unexpected disruptions across the import cycle.

Align import strategies with overall business objectives and supply chain priorities.
