Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Manager SAP S/4HANA PP-PM-QM to oversee and optimize production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management processes. The ideal candidate will drive SAP S/4HANA implementations, lead a team of consultants, and ensure seamless business process integration across manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead SAP S/4HANA PP, PM, QM implementation and optimization projects
- Manage a team of SAP consultants, ensuring project success and alignment with business goals
- Analyze and improve production, maintenance, and quality management workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP module integration
- Provide strategic insights and best practices for process automation and digital transformation
- Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering br> Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA PP, PM, and QM br> Expertise in production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management processes br> Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills br> Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, process optimization, and automation br> SAP certification in PP, PM, or QM (preferred) br> Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
