Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Promotions & Campaigns: plan and execute online activations including digital campaigns, ebundles, coupons, and platform promotional mechanics. Ensure strong execution and visibility during campaign periods.

Joint Business Planning (JBPs): support preparation and execution of customer JBPs. Track agreed initiatives and ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Customer Planning & Budget Management: coordinate planning cycles across Marketing, CDT, and customers. Manage promotional and marketing budgets allocated to eCommerce platforms.

Digital Visibility & Product Placement: ensure optimal product placement on customer platforms. Monitor and improve share of search, product ranking, and category visibility.

Retailer Media & RDMs: support planning and execution of Retailer Digital Media campaigns. track performance and optimize placements to maximize visibility and ROI.

Manage Competition: Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: min 3 to 4 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or commercial roles, customer management, in FMCG or retail.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Relevant understanding and strong focus in online activation and campaigns management.
